User Identification

When receiving your calls for assistance it is essential for the Xplan Team to ensure that we are talking to the right person. To assist with this the Xplan Team will be asking the following questions to identify the caller for general enquiries:

  • Xplan Client Entity ID
    • Callers Xplan User Name
IPS Portfolio Report Not Generate Issue

There's an issue with user unable to generate portfolio report IPS > Report.

The Account Selection is missing. This may be related to Chrome browser being updated and not display properly.

 

To quickly resolve this. User can press SHIFT + F5 keys to refresh the page. 

 

This will force the brower to refresh the page and show Account Selection before you can click on Generate button.
